The base consists of filler and plant fibres combined with water, flavourings, and stabilising ingredients for pouches with a consistent texture and stable moisture content. The product was previously sold under the name VELO Ice Cool Mini – the flavour is the same, but the name has been updated. The nicotine strength and specifications are 16 mg per gram, and the shelf life is approximately 12 months.
